LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP

ONLINE LEAGUE APPLICATION FOR FUTSAL LEAGUES (LEAGUE ADMINISTRATOR ONLY)

Another form of membership are Futsal Leagues. These are clubs that run a futsal program and allow teams outside of their organization to register to play under them.

An individual League Official (President or Administrator) must register their league through the Online Travel League Membership

The following information is required:

  • The Official League Name, Address, Phone number, Email Address, and Wesbite
  • Name of the League President of Chief Executive Officer
  • Name of the Risk Management/KidSafe Coordinator
  • Name of Travel League Administrator
  • Name of Treasurer/CFO
  • Name of R & D Committee Chair
  • Name of Travel League Registrar

​All of those designated for the positions listed above MUST be registered in the Risk Management Database ( see Kidsafe/Risk Management Application link) before beginning the club registration. 


Leagues have the option of having their futsal players and coaches register directly into the registration database. The following links allow them to do so. 

Leagues also have the option of having clubs pay their registration fees for their players and coaches directly to the league.

These options are designated on the league membership application by a league administrator.
